February is often called the month of love, but at A3 Power Foundation, love is not a feeling reserved for one day or one month.
Love is an ongoing practice. A commitment to action. A way of showing up for people, communities, and healers when it matters most.
Since April 2023, when the first Blessed Meals were shared, A3 Power Foundation has grown into a beacon of hope and healing rooted in Sumter, South Carolina, and extending far beyond. What began with a shared meal has evolved into a holistic, trauma-informed ecosystem of care serving individuals, families, healers, and those who carry the weight of service every day.
Love in Action
With Executive Director & Founder Aletha Holliday

At A3 Power Foundation, love is not seasonal. It is intentional. It is practiced daily. Our work is grounded in the understanding that healing begins with meeting basic needs and expands into emotional, spiritual, and collective restoration.
Love as a Daily Practice
Love at A3 Power Foundation takes many forms:
Sharing Meals
Blessed Meals began as a small gathering outside a library in Columbia, SC. Today, it is a powerful expression of dignity, nourishment, and belonging. A warm meal becomes a reminder that someone sees you, values you, and believes your life matters.
We serve:
Individuals experiencing food insecurity
Community members navigating transition or hardship
People who are often unseen or unsupported

Holding Circles
Our community circles create safe, trauma-informed spaces for reflection, conversation, and connection. These gatherings foster trust, dignity, and belonging, essential ingredients for healing.
Honoring Stories
Every story shared is sacred. Honoring lived experience builds collective resilience and affirms that healing is not linear, but communal.
This is love in action: meeting people where they are and walking alongside them.
Whisking Wisdom: Food, Mindfulness, and Community Wellness

Building on the spirit of Blessed Meals, Whisking Wisdom blends food, mindfulness, and community wellness using the Daisy Model of Community Wellness™, created by Aletha Holliday.
Whisking Wisdom serves:
Adults and youth
Educators and caregivers
Community leaders and healers
(Soon) school systems and educational partners
The program integrates:
Food as medicine: Teaching how to prepare nourishing meals that support physical health
Mind–body practices: Mindfulness tools that reduce stress and restore balance
Collective healing: Facilitated spaces for reflection, connection, and growth
As facilitators are trained and programs expand, Whisking Wisdom strengthens a growing network of care grounded in wellness, culture, and sustainability.

Supporting the Healers Who Support US
A3 Power Foundation serves those who serve others.
This includes:
Community healers
Counselors and social workers
Educators
First responders
Spiritual leaders
Veterans and those who have served their country; world healers whose service extends beyond borders
These individuals often carry immense emotional, physical, and spiritual responsibility while receiving little support themselves.
Heal the Healer Retreat Center at 3rd Power Acres
Our Heal the Healer Retreat Center is being developed to provide:
Restorative, nature-centered environments
Peer support and reflective workshops
Tools for resilience, sustainability, and long-term well-being
When healers are cared for, entire communities benefit. Supporting healers is not optional, it is foundational.
2026: A Sacred Building Phase
A3 Power Foundation is in a focused building phase.
This is a season of intentional growth, alignment, and infrastructure development; creating the foundation needed to sustain our work for generations.
Key initiatives include:
A permanent building with a full commercial kitchen
Expansion of Whisking Wisdom programming and facilitator training
Publication of Whisking Wisdom books and the Facilitator Handbook
Continued development of 3rd Power Acres as a healing and retreat space
Strengthening organizational and operational capacity
This phase requires peace, focus, and the right people walking with us.

How to Support Our Mission During the Building Phase
At this moment, we are calling in capacity, leadership, and partnership.
What We Truly Need Right Now
Aligned professionals and partners, including:
A social media and communications professional
Community leaders and board members who carry vision and stewardship
A professional architect or designer for 3rd Power Acres
Editing and publishing partners for our books and curriculum
Strategic partners who understand growth, sustainability, and impact
Partnership as Participation
Participation right now looks like partnership.
We are seeking:
Partnerships with local farmers to access toxin-free, nourishing food
Partnerships with educational systems and schools as Whisking Wisdom expands into classrooms
Partnerships with organizations who see themselves reflected in our mission and values
This is about BEING the change, not just supporting it.
Be the Movement
To support A3 Power Foundation is to walk with us.
Be forgiving.
Be joy.
Be love in action.
Prepare a blessed meal for someone who needs it.
Open your heart to conversation.
Create space for healing in your own community.

Looking Ahead:
April 25, 2026
We look forward to welcoming volunteers and expanded engagement at our 3rd Annual Heart2Heart on April 25, 2026, marking a new chapter after this building phase.
Until then, we thank you for honoring this season of creation. Together, we are building communities where everyone is seen, nourished, and supported.
With love in action,
A3 Power Foundation
